The BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) process was created in 1990 and has subsequently evolved to be the de facto measure in benchmarking energy efficiency in non-domestic buildings. Different BREEAM versions/ schemes have been created to assess various building types, and all versions are updated regularly in line with UK Building Regulations.

GreenWise Construction is experienced in constructing BREEAM Compliant buildings which are supported and guided by BREEAM AP Assessors working for sister company, GreenBuild Consult LTD.
